The Constitution lists the Aims and Objectives as follows

“To Promote and encourage education in Arts, Commerce, Agriculture, Medicine, Science, Engineering, Fine arts and also other faculties of learning” as its main objective.

This, in detail, also includes:

  • Giving loan scholarships without interest to needy and deserving students for Post-High-School studies in India. These include diploma, degree and post-graduate courses in technical and non-technical subjects.

  • Loan scholarships without interest to needy and deserving students for post-graduate studies abroad. These include post-graduate diploma, degree or doctoral studies in technical as well as non-technical subjects.

  • Non-refundable Book Grants intended to cover the cost of books, instruments, drawing materials, medical equipment etc.

  • Cash prizes to students performing well in 10th, 11th, 12th standard examinations and also to undergraduates and graduates.

  • Encouragement of Research and Research Publications, including books, theses and research publications.

  • Organizing lectures, exhibitions and training.
